voulez vous...

ok so just to recap...
the last few days i have been in france.. got here on the 28th. it's the 31st now.

stayed in a little hotel near montparnasse called the hotel delambre.
it was nice... had cheap internet... chinese near by..
but the suburb was shit... just full of old people.
on the 2nd day mum and i climbed the eiffel tower, it was awesome, beautiful clear skies, no rain no fog. no waiting in a line. just perfect.
after that we went to the little restaurant just down the road and got escargots and a diabolo.
which is exactly what i ate there in 2006

the next day we went to the sacre coeur and we walked up like 1million steps. i had flashbacks here from 2006 which was pretty cool.
once again the weather was far better, and the place was much more beautiful.
two american guys sang songs on the steps... one played hit the road jack and the other played maroon 5 she will be loved.
both were REALLY good!
today mum and i caught the TGV to lyon... Lyon has impressed me already...
had some trouble at my new place coz the receptionist is a fuckwit.
however, my room is really nice... cosy bed.. bathroom... fridge.. microwave.. stove and looks out onto the hill behind the place.
spending time with mum has been really nice..
even though i can't wait to move into the place and meet everybody there...
im excited :D
